Running Man is an entertainment program which conducted by SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System). SBS is a national South Korean television and radio network company. There a lot of program, movies, drama and so on been view in this channel. We can find this channel through Astro on 393.

Today, I m going to share about Running Man program which is one of the most popular program on that channel. Running Man is a fantastic, unbelivable reality show. It first aired on July 11, 2010. RM still been shown until now.

 I would like to introduce the celebrity of Running Man. RM consist of eight people which are Ji Seok Jin, Yoo Jae Suk, Song Ji Hyo, Lee So Min, Kim Jong Kook, Lee Kwang Soo, Ha Dong Hon and last but not least Yang Se Chan. I m not sure if i have spell their correct name 😑😁 

Every week there will show up an episode on Friday night. I always keep waiting just to watch the show. But, now at the university, I don't have enough time to watch it. So, whenever, i came back home, there will be many  recorded video of this show. My sibling know that I really love the show, so every episode they will recorded for me. Actually they also in love with this variety show 💕

RM was classified as an urban variety show. The show have conducted and MCs by Yoo Jae Suk. Every week the MCs and guests have to complete missions at a landmark to win the race. There also will be episode special for the crew, or for the celebrity. RM is a popular variety show across South Korean, especially in the part of Asian.

The popularity of Running Man throughout Asia provided the opportunity to take the show outside of South Korea. Running Man has traveled to various countries including China, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates. International episodes are notable for their ability to draw large groups of fans to mission venues.

Whenever you feel alone,sad, unhappy, or you want to cry, you should watch this variety show because you going to laugh and feel happy along the show. It will make you feel happy st least for that time. So you don't have to been sad along the time.
